- Client project data and account information are stored in Supabase, which provides encrypted storage, row-level security, and SOC 2 Type II compliance
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/SSL
- We implement access controls, regular security audits, and encrypted backups
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe: payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy)
- Supabase: database and authentication services
- Vercel: website hosting and deployment
- Analytics provider: website usage analytics
- Email service: transactional and marketing emails
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
- Active client data: retained for the duration of the business relationship and 3 years after project completion
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Website analytics data: retained for 26 months in anonymized/aggregated form
- Marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Communication records: retained for 2 years after last interaction
Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
